        We are the people experts

        We are are an independent, multidisciplinary team of communication and emotional intelligence experts. We’re based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and provide specialist executive coaching and emotional intelligence training to help people thrive in business and beyond.

         

        Our specialist team has a broad range of backgrounds and expertise that is people-focussed. We have trained in various evidence-based methodologies and brings a wealth of professional clinical experience and real life know-how in academia, business, and sport.

Through a unique blend of evidence-based practices, tailored support, and practical skills, we support the development of resilient, collaborative, and empathic leaders.

         

        Guided by the principles of emotional intelligence, evidence-based psychology and neuroscience, we support leaders from diverse backgrounds to navigate challenges, and cultivate a profound understanding of their own mental and emotional processes.         Etain O'Kane

        Founder

        Etain has devoted her entire career to promoting positive health and wellbeing. Etain works with high-level leaders and entrepreneurs to navigate the challenges of success. She helps leaders to develop practical emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to improve relationships, reduce stress, and have a positive impact on others in line with their values and purpose.

         

        Etain holds a BA in Psychology, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling & Therapeutic Communication, is an Accredited Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and is listed on the Professional Standards Authority Accredited Register for Counsellors.

        Angela Poulter

        Trainer & Coach

        Angela is a Humanistic Psychotherapist who has previously worked in higher education, the public sector and corporate consultancy environments. She supports clients to explore issues of personal identity, work/life balance, assertiveness, boundaries, and relationships at work.

         

        Angela trained at Spectrum Therapy, a London-based centre for humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, and is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

        Gavin Murphy

        Facilitator

        Gavin is an Integrative Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Mindset Coach who works with high achievers in academia, sport, and business. Gavin utilises powerful, research-backed techniques to give his clients the tools to better understand themselves, clarify motivations, understand challenges and integrate techniques for greater focus, intention and achievement. He also helps to support leaders, teams and individuals using evidence-based approaches to increase their focus, retrain their minds and achieve sustainable, transformational change.

         

        He holds an MSc in Psychology, a Diploma of Higher Education in Counselling and is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and Senior Registered Member / Advanced Practitioner with the General Hypnotherapy Register.

        Lynsey Leonard

        Facilitator

        Lynsey is a Person-Centred Integrative Counsellor and Anxiety Specialist. She helps highly driven, successful people to understand and manage stress, to achieve greater balance, and gain clarity about their core values and goals so they can become less reactive and more masterful in their working life.

         

        Lynsey has worked with a wide variety of issues over almost 10 years as a counsellor, including trauma and crisis intervention with the NHS and addiction with community counselling agencies. She holds a Counselling Degree from Ulster University and is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

        Martin Rolston

        Facilitator

        Martin is a Person-Centred Counsellor who uses his experience of Relationships & Group Dynamics to help leaders improve trust, embrace diversity and build productive, resilient and effective teams. Martin graduated 15 years ago with an Advance Diploma in Counselling, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) from Queen's University, where he originally studied Psychology (BSc). He also holds a postgraduate diploma in Relationship Therapy from Pink Therapy London, accredited by COSRT.
